Marsha Jones

Marsha Jones is an experienced executive with over three decades of multi-disciplinary experience as a leader in diversity and financial service. Her unique breadth of experience integrating diversity and business strategies has enabled her to identify visionary opportunities and champion strategic initiatives that drive transformative business and cultural changes.
As the Chief Diversity Officer of PNC Financial Services Group, Marsha spearheaded and executed a corporate Inclusion Matrix that moved the organization to full integration of D E & I into its business practices.
Prior to joining PNC, Marsha served as a sales executive with ML Wealth Management. During her two-decade career with the organization, Marsha led transformational growth initiatives at successive levels of the organization that improved the financial bottom line and led to cultural changes that created sustainable business success.
Marsha’s unique ability to both strategize and execute on initiatives has enabled her to understand the ever-changing business environment and to lead teams to successfully navigate and excel in demanding and often turbulent markets. She is frequently requested as a keynote speaker and panelist to share her trailblazing experiences to both local and national audiences.
